The USCIS Public Engagement Directorate (PED) has established a series of multilingual engagements designed to reach under-served and difficult to reach communities. These engagements allow customers and stakeholders to interact directly with Agency representatives. The next Spanish-language engagement will take place on Wednesday, April 9, 2014, from 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. (EST).
This event will be a little different as PED will be engaging with representatives from many of the embassies and consulates of Latin American countries who, along with their stakeholder group, will be joining the conversation via Google Hangout. However, the general public may participate by viewing the event online at www.uscis.gov/live/enlace, by sending questions via Twitter at @USCIS_es; or by emailing USCIS-Live@uscis.dhs.gov.
