MIDTESOL Web Site Thrives
By William Eubank
The MIDTESOL.org
site is alive and growing. I had thought that it might go into decline after
the 2001 TESOL convention in St. Louis. It didn’t. The Fall 2001 Conference
has drawn more directory accesses than the 2001 TESOL convention. The web site
is one of the best ways to get time-sensitive information to members.
Use always drops during the winter holidays and dips in the summer. I suspect
we will see a similar percentage increase in the spring of 2002 (provided we
put something out there for the members to read).
Articles, class projects, conference information, news articles, job postings, minutes—all get good access.
